About the position

Cardinal Intellectual Property is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the research, planning, and design of a new SaaS platform. This role involves managing software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, and utilizing project management software to monitor progress and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in project management, particularly in a software development context.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of website and software development projects.
• Scope projects, plan timelines, and manage internal resources.
• Monitor project deadlines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Gather and document software requirements for new features and products.
• Create screen mock-ups and workflows for UI design feedback.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Work with technical leads to deliver accurate specifications to the development team.
• Conduct gap analysis on competitive marketplace features.
• Collaborate with UI Designer to finalize UI designs.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the technical team.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in software project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related work experience.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with UI/UX mock-up tools.
