About the position

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables within the organization. This role involves collaboration with IT staff, system owners, and general staff to ensure that community needs are effectively communicated and met. The position requires coordination of project timelines, resource allocation, and management of project updates, all while facilitating communication to ensure successful project implementation in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
  • Manage project updates and run steering committee meetings.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of project initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active PMP Certification (1 year required)
  • Experience with Agile methodology (6 years required)
  • PM experience leading PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2) (5 years required)
  • Experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP projects (6 years required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience with the Cardinal system (1 year desired)
