About the position

The Technical Project Manager role is a hands-on position focused on driving and delivering large, multi-functional programs and features. The individual will be responsible for requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, and collaborating with various partners to ensure successful outcomes. This position requires strong fundamentals, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in uncertainty while fostering collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas.
• Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization.
• Program manage execution and conduct risk assessments to meet overall program goals.
• Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline.
• Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations, and other organizations to develop and improve the suite of features.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree and/or MBA preferred.
• Program or technical project management in software development is required.
• Strong technical proficiency - machine learning infrastructure experience or data science experience is a plus.
• 3+ years of program management, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle.
• Built global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities.
• Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans.
• Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines.
• Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).
• Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization.
