About the position

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for the technical success of projects from pre-sales through delivery and handover to operations. This role serves as the primary interface for customer communications on technical topics and leads the technical aspects of projects across various teams. The focus is on delivering Infra platforms, particularly Nokia Cloud Platform (NCP) and OpenShift (OCP), while ensuring quality and timeliness in service delivery to major telecom providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control implementation of Cloud Infra projects focusing on NCP/OCP, Orchestration, and Automation platforms.
• Oversee all technical aspects related to infrastructure and Cloud, including requirements, architecture, development, integration, and testing.
• Act as the primary customer interface for management aspects related to the technical solution.
• Obtain formal customer sign-off on requirements and technical acceptance of solutions.
• Support the Project Turnover to Delivery process by reviewing project documentation from a technical perspective.
• Identify Change Request opportunities and coordinate technical analysis with Solution Architects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in managing and leading project deliveries for core telecom networks with a focus on Infra Cloud Platforms.
• Hands-on understanding of Cloud technologies including Native Cloud, OCP, VMWare, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong understanding of Nokia CNS Cloud Blueprint architecture and multivendor Cloud technologies.
• Experience as a lead integrator or solution architect in delivering complex software systems.
• Excellent software background with a deep understanding of software and API integration.
• Minimum BSEE/BSCE/BSCS degree; Master's degree preferred.
