About the position

A healthcare client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to work remotely as part of their Medicare team. This role involves integrating a new system into the organization's environment, which requires close collaboration with IT teams to understand the scope of changes being made to applications and the overall product. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining the project plan, ensuring that all teams adhere to the established trajectory and timeline to successfully close out the project. This position is critical in managing the complexities associated with the integration, particularly in the context of healthcare and Medicare services. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing projects related to Merger & Acquisition, as well as a strong background in security protocols, healthcare systems, and Medicare regulations. The Technical Project Manager will need to demonstrate proficiency in building integrations, managing system projects, and overseeing Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations and encryption processes. Effective project tracking will be essential, and the candidate will utilize tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Rally, and Excel to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand project scope and changes to applications.
  • Maintain the project plan and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Manage the integration of new systems into the existing environment.
  • Oversee project tracking using MS Project, JIRA, Rally, and Excel.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Experience working in a security environment.
  • Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), encryption, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Rally, and Excel.
  • Experience with Merger & Acquisition projects.
