About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee projects within the Capital Markets domain, focusing on Equity Swaps and Equity Trading. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to interact with senior management, and a solid understanding of equity trading flows. The manager will be responsible for drafting project documentation, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Draft Meeting Minutes and create and maintain project plans.
• Manage project budgets and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Document all phases of projects and create and maintain Jira Dashboard.
• Create, maintain, and present project status reporting.
• Document process flows and system diagrams in Visio.
• Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs).

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Familiarity with Equity Cash Trading and allocation.
• Understanding of Equity Swap Trading and allocation preferred.
• Strong PM experience managing projects while tracking dependencies, scoping, and time.
• Ability to enforce teams to deliver on time and under budget.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of Fixed Income trading would be a nice to have.
• Block, allocation, and matching experience is preferred.
