Technical Project Manager

About the position

The Technical Project Manager for the Legal domain will be responsible for overseeing and driving project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all in-scope project work. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of technical project management experience, with a strong emphasis on managing scope creep and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders. The Project Manager will host kickoff meetings, set agendas for recurring touch points, and provide follow-up communications. They will also serve as the initial point of project escalation, aligning and tracking project resources and tasks while collaborating closely with the Solutions Architect and Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work.
• Effectively manage scope creep.
• Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc.
• Set meeting agenda and provide appropriate follow-up communications.
• Be initial point of project escalation and understanding when to escalate up as needed.
• Align and track project resources and tasks.
• Effectively partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team.
• Collaborate with other team members from the delivery team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical project experience.
• 2+ years of Litify experience.
• Excellent work ethic with willingness to learn from team members.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities.
