As a Technical Project Manager at Gainwell, you will play a crucial role in harnessing the power of technology to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable communities across the country. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare's biggest challenges, working closely with technical resources to support projects related to Customer Web Portals and Panels, as well as financial functional areas within our MMIS Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for leading one or more medium-sized project management teams, overseeing various aspects of larger technological programs. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and smooth running of important projects, as you help create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions for both the company and its clients. You will interface with clients, company leadership, and project teams, measuring and communicating project metrics while recommending program changes as necessary. Your leadership will be essential in driving the quality of project deliverables across all phases of the program, ensuring that objectives, schedules, program definitions, and budgets are met. Additionally, you will prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOW) for clients, obtaining agreement and approval from stakeholders on the scope of work. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks through status reporting and project updates will be key to ensuring project timeliness and quality. This remote position requires support for Central Time working hours, and while no travel is required, video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
