About the position

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the development and strategic direction of complex enterprise-level products within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This role involves working with cross-functional teams across international platforms and multi-cloud environments to bridge the gap between business needs, technical execution, and customer requirements, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact solutions for global enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise solutions tailored to the BFSI domain.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to define and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations, ensuring product deliverables meet or exceed client requirements.
• Lead product development efforts by leveraging a strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Work with engineering teams to guide the technical aspects of the product, ensuring best practices in system design, architecture, and platform integration.
• Oversee the agile product development process, ensuring sprints are efficiently managed and product delivery is on time.
• Continuously gather and analyze feedback from enterprise customers to improve product offerings, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure products comply with industry regulations (such as GDPR, PCI DSS) and maintain security best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in the BFSI / Credit Union domain.
• Strong technical foundation in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and understanding of modern architecture principles like microservices, containers, and APIs.
• Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles, from concept to delivery, in collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience with agile product management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• In-depth understanding of BFSI industry challenges, including compliance, security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with enterprise-level platform development teams and international product launches.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration tools, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
