RateLinx is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As an industry-leading logistics and transportation SaaS provider, we offer a comprehensive application that provides customers with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), real-time visibility, and freight audit & payment solutions. Our mission is to help customers lower costs, improve service, and optimize their transportation operations on a single platform. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in assisting the Implementation Team to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time, meeting the critical 'go-live' dates for our clients. In this role, you will be the primary contact for client interactions and project planning activities. This includes managing client communications, resource planning, reporting, and documentation creation. You will coordinate with various partners, including clients, vendors, carriers, solutions engineers, and software engineers, to ensure seamless project execution. The Project Manager will lead project meetings to communicate expectations and deadlines clearly, create functional and technical specifications, and monitor project milestones and status updates. Your responsibilities will also include creating job-specific tasks and collaborating closely with the Director to assign appropriate resources. You will ensure that the RateLinx system is delivered on time and meets the client's custom requirements, reflecting our values of responsiveness and customer service. By focusing on delivering projects on time and maintaining a reliable relationship with customers, you will provide an outstanding customer experience. This position requires a strong technical and analytical focus, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
