About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage projects related to equity trading, specifically focusing on equity swaps and trading flows. This role requires a strong background in project management, business analysis, and familiarity with equity cash trading. The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects while managing budgets and tracking dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Draft Meeting Minutes and create and maintain project plans
• Manage project budgets
• Perform cost-benefit analysis on projects
• Document all phases of projects
• Create and maintain Jira Dashboard
• Maintain and present project status reporting
• Document process flows and system diagrams in Visio
• Draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs)

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in project management
• Strong experience in managing projects while tracking dependencies, scoping, and time
• Ability to enforce teams to deliver on time and under budget
• Experience interacting with Desk Heads, Senior Management, compliance, Technology Leads, developers, and QA teams
• Familiarity with Equity Cash Trading and allocation
• Understanding of Equity Swap Trading and allocation preferred
• Experience with block, allocation, and matching
