About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead the management of in-product landing page initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accuracy of web operations. This hands-on role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a centralized Campaign Calendar for project tracking. The position requires strong communication and project management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment and deliver successful marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all landing page requests and migrations, maintaining an up-to-date Campaign Calendar.
  • Define, document, and coordinate execution details to meet launch schedules.
  • Strategize on execution plans by sequencing work and managing conflicts.
  • Lead weekly backlog and daily sprint/stand-up calls with cross-functional teams.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of cross-functional team roles to improve project workflow.
  • Troubleshoot to identify and address roadblocks in the process.
  • Assist with landing page requirements, document execution, and QA coordination.
  • Coordinate change requests submitted by marketers and review JIRA tickets.
  • Ensure work is completed/UAT, prioritize requests, and align launch dates.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively identify gaps in the process.
  • Develop and document web operations processes using project management methodologies.
  • Participate in and lead process improvements for areas of responsibility.
  • Build trust and collaboration with stakeholders through strong communication.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex high-volume web project management.
  • Experience as a web producer or product manager, preferably in a web channel.
  • Ability to lead large meetings in a scrum environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of web content management capabilities and standard methodologies.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a hands-on approach to project management.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-volume projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong experience project managing web marketing initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communicator with proficiency in building bridges with internal teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with JIRA, QuickBase, and SmartSheets.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS is a plus.
  • Experience with understanding Figma and design assets.
