About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Cardinal Intellectual Property, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the development of a new SaaS platform. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among various teams, and utilizing project management software to monitor progress and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in software project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document software requirements to assist in building new features, products or data fields
• Create screen mock-ups and workflows to facilitate feedback and pass on to UI designer
• Work with business stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Collaborate with technical leads to deliver complete and accurate specifications to the development team
• Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive marketplace and competitor features
• Perform Gap analysis on such
• Collaborate with UI Designer to create the final UI
• Work with the development team to complete the project

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software project management, performing software systems business analysis
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer and internal business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design and functionality concepts
• Expertise in creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience with UI/UX mock-up tools
• Proficiency in Jira or other collaboration software system
• Bachelor's Degree in technical field or related work experience
