• Ability to assess needs for information technology products
• Working knowledge of technology-related initiatives
• General knowledge in installation and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks

Nice-to-haves

• General knowledge of Microsoft Products
• Familiarity with FTP, SFTP processes and software clients
• Experience with Windows Server Administration
• Knowledge of SQL database configuration and management
• Experience with Scan technologies and Document Management Solutions
• Demonstrated effective organization and project management skills
