About The Position

The position involves planning and managing product development projects, leading a project team that includes members from various functions within the company. The role requires ensuring that projects are completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget. The project manager will define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members, hold regular meetings to assess progress, and address any challenges that arise. Additionally, the position involves conducting design reviews and stage gate reviews, interacting with external vendors and manufacturing partners, and collaborating with the procurement team to provide technical input for the timely preparation of Bills of Materials (BoM) for products. Regular reporting of progress to senior management is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in a relevant technology area, such as Integrated Photonics, Optics, Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical project management
• Ability to adapt and operate under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in developing LIDAR systems
• Experience in developing products based on integrated photonics technology
