About the position

The Technical Project Manager role involves overseeing program planning and execution to ensure successful project outcomes. This position requires managing program objectives, coordinating resources, and maintaining schedules while assessing risks and formulating mitigation plans. The role also includes leading high-priority projects, conducting meetings with stakeholders, and managing project budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes program planning and develops long-term goals and objectives.
• Manages execution of the program and coordinates delivery of program objectives.
• Ensures timely completion of tasks while maintaining program schedules and target dates.
• Assesses program and project risks and formulates mitigation plans.
• Develops and updates project budgets as required and delivers successful programs in a timely manner.
• Leads and directs high-priority matrix projects requiring considerable resources and functional integration.
• Conducts program meetings at leadership and executive director levels.
• Develops and manages a project change control process to ensure compliance with scope changes.
• Identifies solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals for program and project issues.
• Prepares and executes program communication and ensures stakeholder orientation and training.
• Conducts regular program status meetings with stakeholders and manages program budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a lead position managing technical teams in an enterprise environment.
• Extensive experience managing, designing, implementing, and evaluating large scale projects with various stakeholders.
• Proven experience in budgeting, project management, and resource management.
• Excellent experience with Project Management tools and methodologies.
• Extensive SDLC Project Management experience.
• Point of Sale (POS) or Ecommerce project experience.
