About the position

The Technical Project Manager role is a short-term W2 contract position within the Governance function of the Governance and Enablement group, focusing on enterprise policies, risk management, and audit/compliance activities. This position is critical for managing risks, preparing security documentation, and ensuring effective communication across various business partners and leadership. The successful candidate will lead complex projects to completion while maintaining discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance/security workstreams across the NIS portfolio, including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on risks.
• Document security controls and develop supporting security documentation.
• Maintain and update reporting dashboards and central repositories for senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OCISO, NIT/SF auditors, and other risk assessment agencies.
• Provide expertise and guidance to product teams on FRISS policy requirements, including control implementations and remediation plans.
• Develop reports and materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT work experience, including 2+ years in Information Technology, Cloud, security/controls, or similar areas.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
• Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrix or virtual organization.
• Excellent priority setting skills with flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting business needs.
