About the position

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies for web and mobile applications in the Mexican market. This role involves validating service quality, monitoring app performance, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to propose actionable insights. The position is fully remote and is a long-term contract with a reputable client in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Planning online service growth strategies for the Mexican market
• Executing the growth plans for the Mexican market
• Validating the quality of services/contents for the Mexican market
• Daily monitoring of services/app performance and analysis
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with web apps or mobile apps in the Mexican market
• Knowledge/insights about web apps/mobile apps usage and trends in Mexico
• Business level English/Chinese communication skills
• Ability to read and analyze KPIs for web apps/mobile apps and propose actions to the team
• Experience in content creation and operation
• Experience in self-media, big websites, or local media resource operation
• Experience in product design and development
• Native speaker of Indonesian, Portuguese, or Mexican with good English communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with content creation and operation on platform/official account
• Knowledge of how content platforms work and monetize
• Product sense and responsibility for DAU growth
• Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs for web/mobile apps
