About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Rolls-Royce will oversee the day-to-day coordination of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with the required quality. This role involves applying various project management principles, including risk, stakeholder, schedule, quality, scope, cost, resource, and procurement management. The position focuses on facility infrastructure, manufacturing, and test-related projects to meet the strategic objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day coordination of assigned projects
• Monitor, control, and manage overall project performance to address deviations from the plan
• Focus on all Project Management Principles to deliver projects on time and with appropriate quality
• Organize regular updates from the project team to MA&T leadership
• Responsible for project management documentation of all project activities
• Act as the Contractor Supervising Officer (CSO) for the project and coordinate safety of contractors

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management with 7+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, OR JD/PhD, OR 9 years of experience leading projects in lieu of a degree
• Must be a US citizen

• Prior team leadership experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
