About the position

Cardinal IP is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the research, planning, and design of a new SaaS platform. This role involves managing software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among various teams, and utilizing project management software to monitor progress and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of website and software development projects.
• Scope and plan projects, including internal resource management and budget oversight.
• Monitor project progress daily and delegate tasks as necessary.
• Gather and document software requirements for new features and products.
• Create screen mock-ups and workflows for feedback and collaboration with UI designers.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads to provide accurate specifications to the development team.
• Conduct gap analysis on competitive marketplace features.
• Develop a thorough understanding of competitor features and market trends.
• Work with the development team to ensure project completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software project management and business analysis.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex concepts.
• Expertise in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with UI/UX mock-up tools.
• Proficiency in Jira or other collaboration software systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or related work experience.
