About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee complex technology projects within the Banking and Financial Industry, ensuring successful delivery through effective management of resources, budgets, and communication across teams. This role requires a strong background in software management and experience in leading IT professionals, with a focus on Agile methodologies and SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20+ IT professionals to deliver technology solutions.
• Direct projects using Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Manage budgets and resources effectively for projects with small-size budgets and scopes.
• Oversee communication, risk management, and scope change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality management and internal controls are maintained during project execution.
• Develop partnerships across multiple business areas to facilitate project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software management experience, leading other managers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies degree preferred.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern architectures.
• Proficiency in development languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and Agile development teams.
