About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle for marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring that all phases from conception to execution are on track. This role requires a strong background in project management, particularly in IT, and the ability to facilitate agile processes while managing resources and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring all phases from conception to execution are on track
• Develop and manage detailed timelines for all project phases, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated and deadlines are met
• Facilitate Scrum processes, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep cross-functional teams aligned
• Coordinate resources by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across teams such as creative, digital, and research
• Regularly assess project progress, analyzing key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
• Adjust scopes, schedules, or budgets as necessary
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and addressing any concerns
• Establish processes for managing project scope and mitigating risks, ensuring projects meet quality and performance standards
• Provide regular updates to leadership, reporting on project outcomes and escalating issues as necessary

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on Project Management experience
• Hands-on experience with Agile practices, Scrum process, Kanban, and waterfall methodology
• Experience with API projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAFE Certified is a must
• Excellent knowledge of Jira, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Visio
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
