About the position

Clutch Creative is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing staffing agency located in Jamison, PA. This role is pivotal in supporting our clients by managing technical projects and ensuring that we identify and deliver the best talent to help their businesses thrive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in an agency setting, and will be responsible for collaborating with Creative Managers and various stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance project efficiency. In this position, you will be tasked with documenting project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the project are well-organized and communicated effectively. You will also be responsible for reporting and taking notes during client update calls, which requires a client-facing experience. Building collaboration across teams is essential, as you will manage roles for both internal and external contributors, assess workflow efficiency, and improve project management processes. Additionally, you will forecast and communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, track and plan product budgets, and oversee the creation of memos and slide decks for meetings and presentations. Partnering with the operations and legal teams on contracts and vendor needs will also be part of your responsibilities. A willingness to perform other tasks as assigned is expected, as we value flexibility and adaptability in our team members.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in a project management role in an agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a similar field required.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Airtable preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team within timelines and budgets.
  • Previous experience interacting with clients or previous account management experience required.
