About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Edge Communications is responsible for managing the deployment, migration, and upgrade of customer solutions and services, including servers, switches, firewalls, PBX, LAN, and WiFi. This role involves overseeing multiple customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources.
• Own the full project from initiation to deployment for multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Develop and successfully manage the project plan, schedule, and budget.
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship and communication with internal subject matter experts and customers.
• Report on post-project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of business technology engineering or support experience.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience.
• Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and results-oriented individual.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
