About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead Agile project management initiatives for a national retail company, focusing on Agile transformation and team collaboration. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background and expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly in managing Scrum teams and utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Drive Agile maturity and transformation initiatives, building an Agile roadmap that enhances team processes and outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project status, risks, and roadmap updates.
• Utilize Jira at an advanced level for project tracking, sprint management, and reporting.
• Act as a leader within the project team, promoting Agile best practices and addressing blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a strong track record of managing Agile Scrum teams.
• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Agile transformations and building Agile maturity roadmaps.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
