About the position

Join Team SAIC and support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch. This position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and involves providing critical support to the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO). As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering expertise in research, development, assessments, adaptation, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of programs to customers, managing the performance of tasks or projects as part of a larger program under the direction of another Project Manager. You will manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include defining or contributing to the program baseline and executing the program to comply with baseline requirements. You will also manage risks, customer relationships, and program staffing, leading a cross-functional team that includes systems engineers, software and hardware integrators, software developers, cyber security experts, trainers, configuration managers, and logisticians. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing highly complex and technical projects, interpreting and breaking down high-level requirements to execute projects and tasks at a rapid pace. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of experience; four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
