About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership team.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure project integration.
• Review and approve project deliverables to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
