About the position

Netsmart is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and ensure the timely completion of projects within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing project activities, information, and resources effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be accountable for moderately complex project governance, which includes maintaining oversight of project scope, schedule, and costs. In this position, the Project Manager will be responsible for business stakeholder communications, including the escalation and resolution of issues and risks that may arise during the project. Meeting financial objectives is crucial, and the Project Manager will be expected to forecast requirements, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions as necessary. Additionally, the role involves identifying, recommending, and supporting additional sales opportunities that may benefit the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or have four years of relevant work experience, along with a minimum of years of project management experience. The ability to make timely and effective decisions is essential, as is the capacity to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar project management certification is preferred. The position may require travel up to 20% of the time and may involve extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
