The Technical Project Manager will provide essential project management support to one or more technical work streams, ensuring that all tasks, work products, deliverables, and milestones are appropriately planned and delivered as expected. This role involves coordinating across various work streams and support teams to manage requirements, dependencies, testing, release management, and other critical points of integration. The Project Manager will also be responsible for providing regular updates to Program Leadership regarding the technical components and work streams they oversee. In this position, the Project Manager will manage technical quarterly workshops, organize and facilitate meetings, and distribute minutes to project team members. They will track activities and action items to ensure timely completion and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks and implement necessary changes for effective project management. The Project Manager will prepare project status reports to enhance information sharing between leadership and the project team, providing recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork and project efficiencies. Additionally, the Project Manager will support Content and Knowledge Management, including the organization and management of Team site and/or Confluence documentation. They will respond to inquiries on behalf of the Client or Workstream Lead in a timely manner, identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes to enable efficiencies, and ensure project results are achieved. Assessing project risks and ensuring they are tracked at the Program level will also be part of their responsibilities, along with supporting the Program Lead as required.
