About the position

The Technical Project Manager role at Kforce involves overseeing the development and implementation of email and SMS communications while ensuring compliance with TCPA standards. The position requires collaboration with various business lines and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure data is tracked and reportable. The role is critical in managing project scopes and impacts, particularly in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Create new email/SMS communications (verbiage defined)
• Learn and setup event orchestration/journey tool
• Lead requirement/design calls with Business Lines, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and TOS dev team to understand scope of change and impacts
• Document the requirements and approvals in the respective stories in JIRA
• Translate requirements into design documents/user stories
• Ensure that TCPA compliance standards are followed and can be proven in the future
• Possibly participate in audit/compliance reviews (future)
• Ensure that the data is tracked and reportable

Requirements

• Must be a driver/self-motivated, be able to make decisions
• Strong data/analytical mind and attention to detail
• SQL experience (SQL Manager is the tool used)
• Experience with Postman or other tools to execute APIs to investigate/research data (from Cassandra - no SQL db)
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in mortgage, insurance, government, or other heavily regulated areas
• Experience with MSP
• 'Above the glass' web experience
• Experience with rules based/event orchestration software such as: Amazon PinPoint, Genesys Communication Manager, CSG KiteWheel/Xponent, or Drools
• Python experience
