About the position

The Technical Project Manager for GitHub Service Offerings and Enterprise Architecture Standards will be responsible for promoting and implementing Enterprise Architecture standards across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Enterprise Architecture and the Application Security Architect to ensure necessary changes are effectively integrated throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Enterprise Architecture standards throughout the organization.
• Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Architecture and the Application Security Architect.
• Implement necessary changes related to Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Develop EA Standards that align with the organization's current state and future goals.
• Establish repeatable processes for Secure Software Development LifeCycle (SSDLC) enablement.
• Apply security scanning practices to the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC).
• Coordinate resources to achieve overall project goals.

Requirements

• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with NIST standards and familiarity with a controlled IT environment.
• Experience with TOGAF or COBIT EA practices.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
• Experience with DevSecOps tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Software Composition Analysis (SCA), secret-scanning, SAST, and DAST.
• Experience with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) data.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• IT educational background is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
