About the position

The Senior Enterprise Project Manager at HTC Global Services is responsible for creating a consultative partnership with business owners to define, plan, and execute project deliverables throughout the project life cycle. This role involves leading complex projects that may have enterprise-level impacts and require collaboration with multiple vendors and business areas. The position offers opportunities for career advancement while working with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of high complexity and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Manage projects that involve enterprise-level impacts with multiple vendors and delivery partners.
• Engage delivery partners within IT, architecture, analytics, and enterprise security for software development projects.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, raising awareness across the portfolio.
• Develop, refine, and monitor project budgets, managing them according to financial processes.
• Proactively manage the change request process for scope, schedule, and budget changes throughout the project life cycle.
• Drive project deliverables and compliance through the vendor contracting process for multiple vendors.
• Manage the execution of contracted work to ensure compliance and timely receipt of deliverables.

Requirements

• 7 plus years in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
