About the position

The Technical Project Program Manager will oversee and manage technical projects and programs, collaborating closely with software development teams and engineers. This role emphasizes the importance of Agile methodologies, program increment planning, and effective communication across teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement in processes.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery metrics and program road mapping across multiple teams
• Provides agile/scrum coaching to teams to enhance delivery processes and metrics
• Facilitates program increment planning and key program meetings, maintaining meeting materials and records
• Identifies and manages inter-dependencies across teams
• Fosters collaborative communication channels and supports program team-building
• Drives clarity and maintains documentation on objectives, priorities, and measures
• Assists teams in reporting and mitigating program risks and issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 4+ years of project management experience in technology and/or business functions
• Experience with project management methodologies and SDLC
• Working knowledge of project management/agile tooling
• Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, and business leaders
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives using various delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean, scrum, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and become an expert on certain concepts
• Experience with or interest in learning Power BI for reporting on program delivery data
