About the position

The Technical Project Support role at Torion involves providing specialized assistance in the design and management of mechanical process piping systems. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to support cutting-edge projects in tritium technology, ensuring precision and effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• 3D SolidWorks modeling of process piping using standard Swagelok components.
• 3D SolidWorks modeling of mechanical pipe supports.
• Creating isometric and weldment drawings for assembly.
• Project management experience interfacing with external customers and internal engineering teams.
• Detailed review or creation of engineering documents to support projects.
• Working on process skids to create electrical panel drawings, cable schedules, and bill of materials.
• Familiarity with process components such as pumps, pressure gauges, and valves in semiconductor or ultrahigh vacuum settings.
• Hands-on work experience with basic hand tools and soldering.
