Responsibilities

• Write winning proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and other business development documents.
• Highlight the company's value proposition and technical capabilities in proposals.
• Translate industry-specific jargon into clear, compelling language.
• Prepare scopes of work, timelines, and safety plans that resonate with clients.
• Review RFP requirements to ensure 100% compliance.
• Proofread and refine content for accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with team members to gather technical insights.
• Research industry trends and regulatory updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in demolition, construction, or environmental services.
• Understanding of technical requirements for demolition and environmental compliance.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a client-focused manner.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and proposal management software.
