About the position

The Technical QA Analyst II / Compliance QA Analyst position at Adalitek Group LLC is a contract role focused on leading quality assurance processes for software products, particularly in the first-party compliance testing domain. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing comprehensive testing strategies, and mentoring junior QA analysts to ensure high-quality software delivery that meets customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA process by designing and executing test plans for both functional and compliance quality assurance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness and predictability, ensuring alignment with first-party requirements for console platforms such as Sony and Microsoft.
• Execute tests on TRCs (Technical Requirement Checklists) and XRs (Extended Requirements) while managing components of a defect database.
• Innovate best practices and implement new approaches to address and mitigate quality risks.
• Provide guidance and instruction to junior QA analysts and remote testers, supporting their day-to-day tasks.
• Create custom reports on test coverage and defect data, offering specific recommendations for improvements to the development process and product quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software quality assurance experience, including leading testing efforts within a team.
• Proven experience in designing and executing test plans for functional and compliance QA.
• Familiarity with first-party requirements in the console space, specifically with Sony and Microsoft.
• Experience executing tests on TRCs and XRs, with a deep understanding of first-party requirements and changes.
• Previous experience launching products on console and mobile platforms.
• Ability to manage components of a defect database and task remote testers, providing feedback on their effectiveness.
• Experience collaborating with developers and content creators.
• Proficient in creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data.
