About the position

The Technical QA Analyst II / Compliance QA Analyst role at Akkodis involves owning the QA process for a team that supports products in the 1P compliance testing space. This position requires collaboration with various teams and third-party vendors to ensure quality and compliance in testing efforts. The analyst will also innovate solutions to improve delivery and efficiency while working independently and guiding junior QA testers.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA process for a team supporting 1P compliance testing.
• Act as a liaison between teams and third-party vendors conducting test efforts.
• Partner with the team to develop efficient solutions to everyday problems.
• Conduct quality activities including testing and risk assessment.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in the development process and product quality.
• Manage components of a defect database and create custom reports on test coverage and defect data.
• Task remote testers and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
• Work embedded with developers and content creators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with success leading testing efforts on a team.
• Experience designing and executing test plans for both functional and compliance QA.
• Experience with 1st Party requirements in the console space on Sony and Microsoft.
• Experience executing tests on TRCs/XRs.
• Deep understanding of 1P requirements and changes.
• Previous experience launching products onto console and mobile platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to increase compliance awareness and predictability.
• Experience managing components of a defect database.
• Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback on effectiveness.
• Experience working embedded with developers and content creators.
