About the position

As a Technical QA Analyst II, you will be responsible for overseeing the QA process for a team that supports compliance testing for client products. This role involves acting as a liaison between game teams, central operations groups, and third-party vendors, while also collaborating with your team to enhance efficiency and improve delivery. You will execute quality activities that impact the effectiveness of your team and contribute to the overall quality of the products being developed.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA process for compliance testing of client products.
• Act as a primary liaison between game teams, central operations, and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with team members to find efficient solutions to everyday problems.
• Execute quality activities including testing and risk assessment.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in the development process and product quality.
• Instruct junior QA and external testers in their daily tasks.
• Manage components of a defect database and create custom reports on test coverage and defect data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with a successful track record in leading testing efforts on a team.
• Experience designing and executing test plans for both functional and compliance QA.
• Experience working embedded with developers and content creators.
• Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback on their effectiveness.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to increase compliance awareness and predictability.
• Deep understanding of 1P requirements and changes, particularly in the console space for Sony and Microsoft.
• Experience executing tests on TRCs/XRs.
