About the position

The Technical QA Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the engineering team by leveraging extensive experience in technical quality assurance and business requirement gathering. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable working with both clients and engineers, capable of analyzing new requests and issues to create proper documentation and actionable tickets. The role emphasizes organization and a commitment to producing high-quality products efficiently, contributing to both large and small-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (45%)
• Gather and document business requirements (20%)
• Analyze testing requirements (15%)
• Ensure compliance with standards (10%)
• Manage service desk and client interactions (10%)

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software testing, mobile applications, and/or web applications
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Experience with service desk operations
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Experience in web application testing
• Experience in mobile application testing (iOS & Android)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Firebase Test Labs
• Familiarity with Flutter
• REST & GraphQL API Testing
• Experience with Postman
• Knowledge of WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool or similar ADA tools
• Experience with PostHog or Fullstory
• Familiarity with Jest for JavaScript Testing
• Experience with Cypress
• Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD
