This empowers our clients to compete more effectively in their respective industries. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting the right talent with the right projects. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where networking with technical experts and discussing their experiences is part of your daily routine. Your proactive approach to identifying client needs and hunting for the best candidates will be key to your success. You will be responsible for conducting extensive technology requirements gathering, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and deploying technical consultants onto projects. Your ability to draft, revise, and submit proposals will also be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best talent available. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a sales-oriented environment, where requirements may pivot suddenly. You will need to possess excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills are absolutely essential for this role, as you will be communicating extensively with candidates and clients alike. The role will start as an on-site position in our Chicago office, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after onboarding is complete, allowing for two remote days per week.
