Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top IT talent through various sourcing methods, including cold calling and networking.

  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong ability to source candidates through cold calling and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • A deep understanding of the IT industry and the ability to learn about new technologies quickly.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
