About the position

The Technical Recruiter (Contractor) will play a crucial role in supporting Inworld's growth by managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders across various departments to attract and engage top technical talent, particularly in the AI field. The recruiter will focus on building strong relationships with candidates and optimizing hiring processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from candidate outreach to offer to close.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Establish strong relationships with passive and active talent to build a network for current and future opportunities.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure exceptional candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements, preferably in the AI field.
• Deep understanding and experience in sourcing passive talent, pipeline development strategies, methods and tools.
• Proficiency in using data to drive recruitment decisions and strategies.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or comparable tools.

Benefits
