The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting technical talent to support KFC's expanding digital strategy. In this position, the recruiter will own the strategy for recruiting technical candidates, which includes driving a comprehensive business plan, conducting competitive research, and utilizing networking and direct sourcing methods. The recruiter will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruiting cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This involves maintaining constant communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and providing feedback throughout the process. Additionally, the recruiter will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with potential candidates, helping to reshape the recruitment approach to attract top talent.
