About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Nexxen plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth strategy by attracting and identifying top talent for technology and product teams. This position involves driving the full-cycle recruitment process, developing staffing strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with staffing plans. The recruiter will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on building a diverse candidate pool and enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process while recruiting top talent for a variety of tech positions at Nexxen, primarily in North America.
  • Consistently meet company performance metrics to drive towards hiring goals.
  • Continuously build and execute sourcing strategies that attract talent for current and future initiatives to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Drive internal enthusiasm around recruiting through partnership with hiring teams to gain internal support.
  • Consult with hiring managers and senior leaders regularly to ensure alignment to staffing plans, candidate pipeline, and achievement against hiring goals.
  • Organize and regularly document recruitment activity in our ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure hiring teams are prepared for interviews for compliant assessments and executing a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and greater HR team to drive and execute new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' proven technical, full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment with an emphasis on technical/software engineering roles.
  • Proven success in talent identification, recruitment, and implementing staffing programs intended to build and sustain a pipeline of successful talent in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timeframes.
  • Successful experience working with various levels in an organization acting as a trusted partner.
  • Solid technical knowledge and demonstrated ability to screen Technical candidates such as software engineers, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc. and qualify them for open positions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and desire to go above and beyond in providing a valuable experience to all internal and external customers.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
