SoFi is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support our Technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with various product and business unit leaders to understand their hiring needs and help scale their teams effectively. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to SoFi's growth and shape the future of our teams as we navigate an unprecedented transformation in the financial services industry. As a Technical Recruiter, you will proactively recruit and maintain relationships with highly sought-after senior talent. Your responsibilities will include identifying candidates for internal and client openings through various methods such as cold calling, lead generation, internet recruiting, referral generation, and social networking. You will manage candidates in the recruitment process, providing them with timely updates and a positive experience, which includes reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating in-person interviews. In addition to candidate management, you will act as a thought partner with leaders to establish recruitment plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that refine the way we recruit technical talent. You will advocate for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring regular communication and diligent follow-through to create a wonderful experience for all parties involved. Your ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and behavioral traits will be crucial in matching them with the right opportunities. You will also organize and facilitate interview debriefs and work closely with Compensation, Talent Programs, and People Analytics teams to ensure a comprehensive and effective search process.
