About The Position
As a Technical Recruiter at R1 RCM Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting various clients by managing the recruitment process for both exempt and non-exempt roles. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business needs. Your focus will be on delivering top talent quickly while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
