About the position

The Technical Recruiter role at Micron is a contractor position based in Boise, Idaho, focusing on sourcing and placing top talent in the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements and attract talent.
• Textio and post job descriptions.
• Craft and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates on Eightfold and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' abilities.
• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
• Understand the KPIs for the role and document key metrics.
• Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
• Support recruiting for multiple locations as needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience recruiting for highly skilled engineers and technicians in semiconductor or related industries.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and within the talent acquisition team.
• Proficient in MS Office and modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field of study.
