Responsibilities
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements and attract talent.
- Textio and post job descriptions.
- Craft and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates on Eightfold and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' abilities.
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Understand the KPIs for the role and document key metrics.
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
- Support recruiting for multiple locations as needed.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience recruiting for highly skilled engineers and technicians.
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and within the talent acquisition team.
- Proficient in MS Office and modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
