About the position

As a Technical Recruiter for the Early in Profession (EiP) Team at Microsoft, you will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top talent for the organization. This position focuses on developing and executing recruiting strategies to meet the needs of various business groups by sourcing candidates for technical roles. You will engage with candidates, enhance their experience throughout the hiring process, and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill organizational talent requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Use an understanding of talent markets to identify and secure candidates for immediate and future needs.
  • Develop a pipeline of strategic candidates to meet future talent needs.
  • Craft compelling narratives to attract candidates to Microsoft's career opportunities.
  • Leverage tools and frameworks to assess candidates during the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial screenings and gather information to qualify candidates.
  • Enhance candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct requisition kick-off meetings and execute hiring plans in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Analyze data to improve recruiting performance and candidate experience.
  • Educate clients on compliance processes and maintain documentation on candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of talent acquisition experience supporting technical or engineering roles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
