Responsibilities

• Help find top engineers and creatives who play a crucial role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day
• Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
• Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical and creative talent
• Work on a variety of technical and creative roles cross-functionally
• Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders
• Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates
• Maintain and improve Snap Inc.'s candidate experience
• Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years of technical recruiting, sourcing, or related field experience

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years experience recruiting for an array of technical and creative roles, including software, hardware, research, and design
• 2+ years of experience working in both small and large tech companies
